Booking & Payment
Browse our tours, select your preferred date, and click 'Book Now'. You'll be guided through a secure checkout process where you can review your booking details and complete payment.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for bookings made more than 30 days in advance.
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before your tour departure date.
Yes! For tours booked more than 90 days in advance, we offer flexible payment plans. Contact us to arrange a schedule that works for you.

Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a €100 processing fee. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We recommend travel insurance.
Date changes are possible up to 45 days before departure, subject to availability. A €50 change fee applies per person. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
If you have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, you can file a claim. We'll provide all necessary documentation. Without insurance, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Tours operate rain or shine. However, if extreme weather makes a tour unsafe, we'll reschedule at no charge or provide a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

Tour Details
All tours include expert local guide, entrance fees to listed attractions, meals as specified in the itinerary, and local transportation. Check individual tour pages for specific inclusions.
We keep groups intimate with a maximum of 12 travelers. This ensures personalized attention and authentic interactions with locals.
All our tours are conducted in English by bilingual local guides who are fluent in both English and Italian.
Many of our tours welcome children 12+. Some experiences involve walking, wine tasting, or late evenings that may not suit younger children. Check individual tour descriptions or contact us.

Travel Preparation
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
Comfortable walking shoes are essential! We'll send a detailed packing list after booking. Generally: layers for variable weather, sun protection, a day pack, and modest clothing for religious sites.
EU citizens need only a valid ID. US, Canadian, Australian, and many other nationals can visit Italy visa-free for up to 90 days. Check your country's specific requirements.
We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most other dietary needs. Please inform us at booking so we can coordinate with restaurants and hosts.
